Can I cancel or change my order? We aim to ship your order right away and therefore due to health regulations, once your order has shipped we can not offer exchanges or returns. orders often cannot be changed, however If you just placed your order and made a mistake, please email us at info@glowbalskincare.com and we can try to amend your order if possible.
If you feel you have received damaged goods please send us an email and we will do our best to resolve the issue

Customs & Duties In the event that your order is help at your local customs, it is the buyers responsibility to contact their local customs to have their order cleared. Depending where you live around the world, duties may be presented upon delivery

Postage/shipping: If your parcel is marked as delivered and you do not have your order, please contact your local postage service to obtain any information. It is not up to Glowbal Skincare to contact your local postal company nor replace the order.
